This will be a virtual Zoom meeting. Those wishing to attend must advise the Trust no less than 48 hours before the meeting together with a note of any question they may wish to ask. Only Ordinary Members (resident and on the electoral role) are entitled to vote on resolutions at the AGM.

2.  Consideration of and resolution for the adoption of the Minutes of the AGM of 19th June 2019 

3.  Chairperson’s report
   

4.  Treasurer's report – including the annual Statement of Accounts to 31st December 2019

5.  Resolution for the adoption of the Statement of Accounts.

6.  Resolution for the election of trustees. As required, all existing trustees retire but may stand again. Alan Walker, Alan Milstead, Malcolm Trott, Alasdair Bennett, Tony Leighton, Jenn Lee, Jean Campbell, Johnny Durnan and Ian McGhie have all agreed to stand as trustees again. Nominations for trustees to the board are to be proposed and seconded by Trust members and submitted in writing or by email to the CCT not less than 7 days before the AGM.

7.  Any Other Business.
